Printed Products

All printed products are made to order and personalized.

Because of this:

• Refunds are not allowed once printing has started.
• Orders cannot be canceled after final design approval.

Please review all details carefully before approving your design.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Send clear photos of the item and packaging.

If the issue is confirmed to be our mistake, we will offer:
✔ Replacement
or
✔ Partial/Full refund (depending on the case)

Digital Templates

Due to the nature of digital products:

• All digital template sales are final.
• No refunds, returns, or exchanges are allowed once the file has been downloaded or accessed.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect details provided by the customer
• Delays caused by shipping couriers
• Color differences due to screen settings
